2. Use of Platform
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- The platform is strictly for business-to-business (B2B) transactions.
- Bansal Trading Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of unethical
practices.
3. Order & Payment Terms
- Orders placed through the platform are legally binding.
- Prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms are negotiated before order confirmation.
- Payments must be made via agreed methods, including bank transfers.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Buyers must inspect shipments upon arrival and report discrepancies within 48 hours.
- Bansal Trading Co. is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Product Quality & Inspection
- Buyers have the right to request product inspections before shipment.
- Any disputes regarding product quality must be raised within 14 days of delivery.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
